- What is Earn Haus?
- Earn Haus is the easiest way to get paid in cash for sharing your opinion. To participate, simply create a free account, tell us how you'd like to receive payment, and you'll be given access to opportunities to earn money taking paid online surveys. Once you've earned enough to cash out and verified your identity, we'll send you payment as quickly as possible. That's it!
- Is this real? Do you really pay people just for taking online surveys?
- Yes! Paid online surveys are real, and we will connect you with them and credit your account with rewards each time you complete one.
- Does any of this cost money?
- Earn Haus is completely free to sign up and participate in – we'll never ask for payment. Market research surveys are completely free: all that is required of you is your careful attention when answering the questions, your honest opinion, and the time it takes for you to answer the questions. You may also be offered the opportunity to participate in product evaluation surveys, which may incur a fee which will be disclosed up front. These opportunities are clearly marked and optional to participate in.
- Where do these paid surveys come from?
- Earn Haus does not directly sponsor any of the earning opportunities we give you access to – third parties (most commonly, Market Research companies) sponsor these surveys to help businesses better understand their customers and what they think. The answers you'll provide in these surveys provide valuable insights that are instrumental to all types of organizations, including political candidates, newspapers, private companies, and new startups, to name a few – and they're willing to pay for your insights in the form of responses to their surveys.
- Which payment methods are available?
- Currently we offer digital payment using Venmo, PayPal, and Direct Deposit. You can also choose from over 100 Digital Gift cards.
- How much money can I earn?
- The more time you spend taking surveys, the more you can potentially earn. Paid online surveys can earn you enough money to put some extra spending money in your pocket. It won't replace a full-time job, but for most people who choose to participate, it's enough to treat yourself to dinner or maybe a couple of movie tickets.
- What about taxes?
- If you earn more than $600 in a given calendar year, we're legally required to supply you with a 1099. If you approach this limit within a calendar year, we'll be in touch to collect the information we'll need to supply you with the necessary paperwork. Or, you can choose to hold off until the next calendar year to keep participating.
- Why do I have to verify my identity?
- Each person should have only one Earn Haus account, so we require that all users verify their identity to limit the number of accounts each person has to just one. If you create more than one account, we'll close the duplicate account and any rewards you've earned will be forfeited as outlined in the Terms of Use. We don't enjoy having to do this, so please just create one account.
- Are you going to send me a lot of spam and text messages?
- No, we do not send any spam or unsolicited messages. If you've provided us with an email address, we'll send email notifying when new earning opportunities become available. You can manage your communication preferences from your account to choose which types of email you'd like to receive from us.
- Will I get any text messages?
- When you create your account or sign in using your phone number, we'll send you a one-time code you'll need to type in to confirm you have access to the phone number you have created (standard message rates apply). You can provide an email address, or link your account with a Google account, to make signing in easier, which doesn't require us to send a text message. We may also send you notifications when new surveys become available. You can manage your communication preferences from your account to choose whether you wish to receive these.
- What information do I need to provide to open an account?
- We require an email address or mobile phone number, your full name, gender, mailing address, and your date of birth.
- Can I change my payment method after I've picked one?
- If you've made a mistake with your payment method or need to change it, you can change it yourself on your Account page. You can pick a different payment method each time you redeem, if you like.
- Are you going to ask for my bank account number if I want to use Direct Deposit?
- No, Earn Haus does not collect bank account or debit card information. This type of reward is fulfilled by Tremendous, a third party reward fulfillment service. Oncc you've redeemed your balance, you will receive an email from them with a link to a page where you'll provide them with your account information. This needs to be done each time you redeem a reward of this type.
- Can I just give you the email address for my PayPal account?
- No. We've integrated "Login With PayPal" for connecting your PayPal account to Earn Haus. It's completely safe and secure, and minimizes the chance that payments will go to the wrong account or be sent back.
- Do I have to finish each survey I am sent to?
- No. If you don't like the questions you're being asked, just close the window and try a new one.
- Why do I keep getting asked the same questions over and over again?
- This is an annoying and unfortunate reality of Market Research which we have no control over, and there are several reasons for this. Each survey is its own experience and likely doesn't have any previous information you might have shared in the past. Additionally, the survey sponsor needs to make sure you're paying attention. If you start giving different answers to the same questions, you may be removed from the survey by the survey sponsor for quality reasons.
- What does it mean if I was told I did not qualify for a survey?
- If you're paying attention and answering all the questions carefully and honestly, you might still be told you don't qualify. This is completely normal – each survey is looking for participants with specific demographics, and it's possible you didn't meet the qualifications for that particular survey. The best thing to do in this case is just try a different one.
- I was halfway through a survey and then got kicked out. What happened?
- We do our best to avoid matching you with surveys that waste your time, but occasionally this can happen. Earn Haus automatically monitors for surveys that kick users out after they've invested a significant amount of time, and will remove these from our list of earning opportunities. If you'd like more detail, please note the time you took the survey, as well as the topic, and contact support@earnhaus.com.
- It doesn’t seem like I’m able to get into any surveys. Am I doing something wrong?
- The inventory of available surveys, while normally abundant, can occasionally be limited. This changes day-by-day, so the best thing to do is come back later and try again. During weekends and holidays, survey inventory may be lower than usual as many survey sponsors pause their surveys while on vacation.
- It says there are no surveys available, is that right?
- It's possible there are no surveys available at the moment. Check back again later, and hopefully we'll have found some earning opportunities for you.
- I just requested my first reward, and it says it is processing. What does that mean?
- Congratulations on earning a reward! If this is your first reward, our team may review your account to be sure your payment method is correctly configured, and you should receive your payment within 15 minutes. In some cases it may take up to 5 business days to send payment. Subsequent payments should be sent even quicker. Email support@earnhaus.com if you have questions or concerns about a payment request.
- How long will it take until my money arrives?
- Once we send payment to your chosen method, it should arrive within about 15 minutes. Depending on the payment method chosen, it may take some additional time to fulfill your payment – for example, direct deposit transfers take between 2 and 5 business days to post to your bank account. We'll update your reward status as it changes, so keep checking back, and we'll keep you updated.
- It says my reward was paid, but I didn't get it. Help!
- Please contact support@earnhaus.com if this happens and we'll look at it straight away.
- How can I see what information you have saved about me?
- Your Account page lists all the information you've provided to Earn Haus. Please note that any data you've shared while taking surveys on third-party websites is not stored by us.
- Can I delete my account?
- Yes. Deleting your account is a permanent process that cannot be undone. If your account is deleted, you'll forfeit any unredeemed rewards or progress towards those rewards. We're sorry to see you go! You can permanently delete your account (along with any stored personally identifiable information as outlined in our Privacy Policy) from yourAccount page.
