You generally should not be required to provide any personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or phone number) when completing a survey opportunity, unless you are notified at the beginning of the survey. If you aren't comfortable providing this information, you should close the survey and try a different one.
Pay Attention and Be Honest
If you provide inconsistent answers, or rush through the survey answering questions without reading, you'll be removed from the survey even if you are near the end.
